Great location that's easily accessible by MUNI. Only problem that I had was that the television decided it was done communicating with the remote. I had to crawl under the desk and unplug it so I could get some sleep. The front desk laughed, because I was laughing about "the possessed TV". I'll stay here again.

I booked this place based on the price and it being somewhat close to the Masonic where we would be seeing a concert, but did not look into what the neighborhood was like. It was kind of scary. People all over the street yelling and drunk/high. The front desk staff was alright, but the office and rest of the hotel seemed kind of grimey. One of the bedspreads had several cigarette holes burned into it and one of the white pillows was stained. The room and bathroom did not feel clean. We were provided 3 towels, which were basically rags with how thin and rough they were. Will definitely not be staying here again.

The biggest advantage is the free parking, but the bed was very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. The air conditioning was also very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. The blanket was too thin as well.

Room was very spacious with a microwave and fridge, which was a good aspect. However, most hotels also have a small coffee maker in the room. This hotel didn't have one. A good (great actually) amenity was having free parking available. The location is very convenient and walking around is a good option.
