The street the hotel was on had a lot of traffic but it was fine. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was upset about was that their card (tap system) wasn’t working so I had to get $200 cash in order to secure the room for the night. Something I wished I knew before hand. The room itself was fine. Pillows were too lumpy. But it was very clean. Don’t come here for a quiet nights rest. Blackstone ave has too much traffic but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Other than that. Stay exceeded my expectations. Would get a room here again.

I have had a long stay here love the lady in the kitchen all the other maintenance staff except for one blonde with a ponytail at the top of her head avoid her she’s rude condescending and talks about other staff members for no reason sketchy people lotta homeless, but overall clean and OK breakfast love The girls in the office if the homeless were cleaned up, it would be a very better say. Overall, I like the people here just lock your doors. I would stay here again love the coffee

Well, for one they don’t honor what you book online Expedia or Hotels.com if you book a room that says you get a refrigerator in the microwave when you get there, they’ll tell you it’s wrong and charge you more per day. They don’t honor any online booking. my daughter was in the hospital in ICU after heart surgery And I booked a room with microwave and fridge and they said it’s wrong and they charge me three dollars per day. My daughter was longer. I booked another three days today and they charge me like $11 a day to have a Refrigerator microwave breakfast Blah blah,

The check in was good. The room was decent. Had a refrigerator which was nice. The bathroom was interesting. Shower gel container was empty. Conditioner container was empty. Shampoo container was nearly empty, but i had to use it as soap. I aleryed the staff and was given a bottle of hand lotion. ? The breakfast was decent. Overall, ok. I would go there again (with soap, and conditioner.)

Last minute one night stay

Just needed a last minute place to stay the night. The night clerk made me wait 2 minutes while she finished her phone call. Then she asked me to sign a form where the rate was blank. Maybe that is normal, but I don't like to sign blank forms. Breakfast was better than expected until they ran out of milk. Room was perfect.

Very noisy at night. Impossible to sleep. We stayed two nights, and then checked out one night early. No housekeeping at all. We had full trash bins, and nobody showed up to take care of it. Bad sheets and towels are dirty. No light at the room except one table lamp. Fridge was leaking, floor was full of water. It took forever to get warm water in the shower. The most terrible stay ever.
