I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. All of the areas I visited (gym, laundry) were clean and functioned well, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to have self-serve coffee and tea available in the lobby for longer periods. When I went down around 10am, the station had already been removed. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Only disappointment was the surprise parking fee of $10 per day, which wasn't clear when booking, and it's unreasonable to charge a parking fee for a property that is far from congested areas - it's not like it was in the middle of Manhattan.
