1st and formost, one of the employees at the front desk reeked of marijuana when I checked-in. Bed was never made the entire 4-night stay, the trash wasn’t emptied nor were the towels refreshed the last night of my stay, cockroaches running around on the floor, the small round ones that you bring home in your clothes, luggage. Sketchy location, lots of construction workers / migrants / transients.

Our non smoking room stunk of smoke when we arrived. People were smoking outside of our room and the smoke was being sucked into the room by the air conditioner. Also smelled like smoke was coming into the bathroom through the vent. We did not have bath towels when we arrived. We asked for bath towels and were told they would bring some to our room. None were brought to our room so we had to go back to request bath towels and we're given some towels. What we received were one bath towel, one hand towel and one bath mat. People were outside talking and smoking all night long. I woke up and heard them outside talking at 12:30, 1:30,4:00 and 6am. The bathroom needed work as there were cracks in the calking. Bugs were getting into the bathroom. We checked out and didn't stay the second night because of the issues. We should be refunded our payment.
