I was a little nervous because of where the hotel is located it really could have been hit or miss on the experience. I was very relieved and grateful to find just how nice the atmosphere actually was. Showers are hot. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice, I would surely stay here again.

Room 111 for non smokers smelled like cigarettes. Switch to 215 that included complimentary roaches, bathroom door lock broken and dirty floors. Getting a refund for the canceled second night was extremely difficult. I feel the reviews were fake. 3rd time Hotels.com failing me.

The staff was fine. The Red Roof Inn was AWFUL! Do Not stay there! The location is in a very distressed area. Not safe. The room was terrible, not clean, old stained furniture. We checked-in, went to the room and were disgusted. The bathroom floors were dirty and stained. the faucet was about to come off. The electrical sockets were falling out of the walls. I took my dog out to pee/poop, there was dog crap all over the back area, awful. We had an event to go to, can back and left the hotel, did not stay. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. This place should be condemned and torn down! We ended driving 3 1/2 hours at night to our home. Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn! A waste of our money. I think Hotels.com should refund us!!!!!!!

I’m not sure what they had going on, but the person at the front desk completely nodded off in the middle of checking me into my room. The room smelled musty There wasn’t a single trashcan anywhere in the room to be found The towels were stained The people that clearly lived above me argued all night I was awakened at 2 AM by someone doing a drug deal literally right outside my door. At one point, the parking lot was on fire
