Young man at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Talks with everyone with respect and professionalism. Hotel is older but rooms have been remodeled. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

The room was clean. Great location. When I checked in the girl with the color hair made a face when I walked into the lobby. She was laughing at me with another male employee. When she noticed I saw her she checked me in. She was not all the way professional. The young lady that came in after her with the black hair was more professional

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. All ice machines were down except for first floor. Property overall needs some TLC.

8/10 非常棒

While the room was clean (and that's most important), the elevator by the lobby was broken, the key to the room only worked half the time, the breakfast was empty at 7:15, and the gym room was locked with machines tipped over.

6/10 不错

Looks like the property was remodeled recently and not A very good job was done. Our room had a rolling chair with a wheel missing Breakfast bar was not maintained very well. All floors are vinyl and it gives the room a not so welcoming visit This my view of it all The elevator was broken and it was very inconvenient to walk all the way to the back and all the way to the front to get anything from front desk The upstairs ice machine was broken and visible rat traps behind it

4/10 一般

Check in was not correct. We reserved handicap with 2 beds. We were given a king. They changed room. Then when we entered room it was 64 degrees. Turned it up but fan never shut off for the three days we were there. Employee couldn’t get it running correctly either. Shower had NO grab bars for assistance & turn of handle was very loose. But the worse part was when I sat down on the chair at the desk I got tipped over. When we looked at chair it was missing a roller on chair. Needless to say we will never stay there again!

4/10 一般

Unfortunately, this stay needed quite a few improvements. When we arrived, we were tired and ready to get some sleep, but the first room we were given was out of order. The cover was completely off the air conditioner, and there was hair and dirt left in the trash. It was honestly a little shocking. We had to gather all of our belongings, bring everything back downstairs, and explain the situation. The staff kindly moved us to a second room, but once we got settled, we discovered that the TV didn’t work. The manager offered to either move us again that night or bring us another TV, which I appreciated, but by that point it was so late that we just wanted to sleep. The following morning, we moved into our third room. Unfortunately, there were bugs and dirt on the floor and a spider that had been squished on the wall. I also cut my leg open on a sharp part of the bed frame simply while getting into bed. I do want to give credit where it is due: the staff members were helpful, apologetic, and very kind throughout everything. They did their best to address our concerns, and I appreciated that they discounted my first night by 50%. Overall, though, having issues with three different rooms made the stay frustrating and disappointing. The staff was wonderful, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the rooms definitely need more attention.
