Upon arrival there was a notice by the elevator that pool had been closed since Dec 20 and there was no notice on this website or the hotel website to notify customers...extremely disappointing Room had next to no soundproofing, heard every ding of the elevator and we were on the 3rd floor and could hear peoples conversations outside in the parking lot Toilet was quite loud and woke us up about every hour and a half
