Worse Hotel stay of my life

Horrible stay. Nasty room and bathroom. There were hair everywhere in the bathroom, that I had to wash the walls and tub with hot water before using the shower. The floor and carpet were so disgusting dirty that my socks were black after walking on with it, and I found a roach on the sink. The bed headboard had brown stains from people resting their back against. Unfortunately, only saw those stains and roach next day at daylight because I got the room late at evening, and the light inside room was so crappy that the room was very dark. The breakfast they say they offer is a joke. Every single item I tried to eat tasted like crap, and old that I had to throw away, including coffee, and I’m a coffeeholic. The mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable that I kept tossing and turning all night long, and I’m a heavy sleeper. When I mentioned those problems to the manager next day, they basically didn’t care at all. I even showed pictures of the roach, and they did nothing about it. Only said, he would talk to the management next meeting. No apologies to me, not even showed that he cared.

Dont stay at this location

There was a disturbance on my floor and in the middle of the night I called the front desk several times the phone was never answered I had no idea what was going on in the hall for all I know the guy could have had a gun because his wife locked him out for cheating on him or something. This morning when I complained to the front desk they offered me no form of compensation they blamed me for not knowing the correct number to call and then he tried to blame me that I had a dog on the property which I absolutely did not have a dog on the property. The drains in the bathtub would not drain there was beard or pubic hair in the sink it was gross

Disturbed and Daughtry Concert

It was suppose to be a Deluxe King room and it was probably the smallest room that I've ever stayed in. It was old and outdated, couldnt even get the volume on the remote to work. It was awful, the only thing good about it, was that the A/C worked great.

Won’t return

The location of the hotel was perfect. The check in process was terrible. The staff person was fine, however it took longer to check in this way than in person. It created a line for check in longer than it needed to be. Breakfast was average. The pool area smelled strongly of urine and marijuana, which was very of putting. The mattresses were horrible as were the pillows. The hallways had peeling wallpaper and needed some upgrading. I would not stay here again

Great place for the price

The check in process was very unique with a kiosk with a live video of an agent. Very responsive and real time conversations. When issues arose, an actual agent on the premises came to our assistance. The room was good and clean and comfortable. What ever short coming the room had were quickly rectified but the staff. The staff was very helpful and accessible. Location was very good. Close to sawgrass mall which was our prime reason for this trip. Easy to find and central to a lot of places. Check out was a breeze and I would definitely come back for another trip.

Efter ca 50 hotellnätter i USA, var det här kanske det sämsta. Hårt slitet, dålig frukost, dålig service ( en flaska miniatyr flaska med schampo för 2 personer, 3 nätter, tillsyn bäddning bla, var tredje dag.) In-och utcheckning till dator. Heltäckningsmattan i korridorerna var då inte rengjord, dammsugna på länge. Det var fler med samma synpunkter som oss.

Avoid this property unless you like filth

This property is so run down and dirty that it felt gross to be there. The entire hotel, except the rooms, felt warm and stagnant. There’s only one elevator in the building and was coated in grime, also it felt like it was about to break every time we stepped on it. I used the stairs except when I had to use the luggage cart to bring our things up and down from the room. The room itself had good air conditioning but that was the absolute only positive about it. The fact this was labeled as a suite was utterly false advertising. No kitchen, just a very small mini fridge with the smallest microwave I’ve ever seen. No sink or counter space, you used the sink that was shared from the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy and had hairs on top of the towels you were supposed to use, which I didn’t use. The tub was either very dirty or so stained I was afraid to use it. The lighting/fan fixture in the ceiling was falling out and had more dust on it than the Haunted Mansion at Disney. The corners of the floor were covered in dirt. The twin beds were lumpy and awful. The sofa near the front of the room had a massive stain on it and the cushions were in terrible shape. Furniture in the room was literally rusty. The wall paper in the hallways was peeling from the walls and the floors were so dirty. There was a bad smell in the hotel as well. I’m so glad we only had a one night stay so I didn’t use the shower and just waited until I got home to do so. Stay away from here at all costs.

Hôtel moyen et pas d'eau chaude.

Accueil de l'hôtel par visio, pas de personnel visible. C'est un détail, mais ça fait assez impersonnel. Propreté moyenne dans la chambre avec mauvaise odeur. Mais le pire, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Petit déjeuner inclus mais très limité et de mauvaise qualité.

Don't stay here

Never again, awful, dirty, no one at the front desk had to use a virtual check in person. Took a long time due to only one person working. Room was gross... there was chocolate peices left on the floor, dirty towel, tub was dirty, floors tried calling but no one answered at customer service. Had no choice but to stay due to getting in later than expected & having a baby we were tired. Don't recommend staying here.

Terrible

The worst experience we’ve ever had staying at a a hotel. It was a last minute and late night booking for us while traveling. Upon arrival there was urine all over the room toilet seat, stains and hair on the bedsheets. To top it off, there’s not a live person at the front desk, it’s a virtual kiosk. Eventually when I was able to speak to a live person he told me they could not switch my room and rather opted to clean the toilet seat and bathroom floor with a towel. Then he brought “new” sheets which I had to change my self at midnight with two toddlers in tow. The next morning, we refused to shower in the tub because it was so dirty. Breakfast was terrible and in a tiny space with minimal space to sit or walk around. A very unfortunate experience for my family and me.

The toilet did not flush the sink was clogged as well. The bed sheets smelled like they were never changed from the previous stay I had to go down and get new bed sheets and change them myself. There was trash gatorade bottles and pepsi cans under the bed Definitely not mine. They need to do better very disgusting I told them at check out and all they said said was Im so sorry.
