Amazing hotel for our family of 6, this is my second time staying here and will surely be back. Nice and spacious room, great onsen spa, and really good breakfast. And it’s right next to Sakurajima station so you can either take the train to USJ or it’s a 10min walk there if you feel like a stroll.

Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. The room was very clean and functional. Adequate size and space for all of our 3 weeks worth of luggage. Beds are typical for Japan, a little firm. Train station directly in front of the hotel and a 7-11 within walking distance.

Very easy to get to and from the train, plus short walk to the bus terminal for transportation to the World Expo. The facility is clean. The staff were polite and the food was good.

Great hotel! Nice amenities overall, good massage, spacious room (the layout was a bit odd, but it worked). Air quality in the room was great (good ventilation kept CO2 down, humidity and temperature stable in a comfortable range). We would absolutely stay again if we have a reason to go to that area (really only the expo this year or USJ in the future).

Excellent hotel of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Top notch and honest. They don’t try to charge commission for luggage transfer and/or other services.

The breakfast is overpriced. Boiled bacon, liquid scrambled eggs,and rather insipid coffee. The chef kindly fried my bacon. However, while better, it still did not match the taste of American bacon. I found the salmon and other fish not tasty at all.
