Superb hotel with lovely pool. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. I didn’t get the room I thought I’d booked (which had a balcony) as per the Hotels.com misleading pictures but that wasn’t the Amelia’s fault. It’s worth paying extra for The Level.

Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge. Once re-opened it was great.

Perfect location for Plaza de España Upgraded to the Level which is a nice touch. At breakfast you can have something from the hotel breakfast menu but on the second morning there was no one available to take my order. You have lots of snacks and drinks available until 10 pm but you are not allowed to take anything away, I understand why but it is a shame especially if you want bottles of water. Or sit by the pool with a glass of something. Room was nice and spacious with beautiful view and really good bathroom with products from Rituals. Was there to celebrate my birthday and the hotel put a small chocolate in the room for me. Would like to stay here again and will hopefully be able to use full facilities for longer and the pool.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, with modern and nicely designed bathroom. We had a "Level" room which included snacks and drinks in a ground-floor lounge, which was very pleasant and convenient. The only complaint -- pillows were too thick, and the beds had heavy blankets not appropriate for the baking summer weather of Seville.
