Upon arriving at the booked property at the assigned check in time following a very long and tiring journey we found that it was not cleaned or prepared for us yet. We had to wait an additional 30 mins for the property to be in a clean condition and even so was not up to standard. It was difficult to find as the address on the booking is different to the property location and as you can imagine that is quite stressful when travelling especially when the points of contact are not very clear in instructing. All this could have been okay and well however both beds at the property were broken and/or missing wooden planks which is truly a joke. To add insult to injury the host then tried to blame us for the condition of the bed. Property was fine however it is worthwhile to just book something a little pricier; something we definitely regret.
