Hotel is ok for a short stay duration. The only bad thing and major for me was the bed was not comfortable and loud. The AC was loud too. I see they have upgraded some of the rooms but those type of beds with metal frames make loud noises eveytime you turn. Sheets and pillowcases could be a little fresher too. Few long hairs left from previous guests or whoever made the bed.

I always stay here when I come to Birmingham. This time I booked the suite, because I had additional guest. On the web page it looked ideal for what I needed. That is not what I got..when I arrived. The gentleman that helped me was very accommodating about changing rooms. That is my only complaint and the pool wasn't ready.

Had a condom wrapper on the floor,heat in the room didn’t seam to work, Parkin lot ground was a mess, lady at the front desk was very rude, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK, and I would advise anyone to sleep in there car before supporting this place

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and strongly urge others to avoid it. The property was in unacceptable condition—shabby, dirty, and clearly neglected. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious that basic cleanliness and maintenance standards were not being met. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, and the environment was far below what any guest should reasonably expect. Because of these issues, I made the decision not to stay at the hotel at all. Despite this, the management refused to provide a refund, which is completely unacceptable given the condition of the property. Charging guests for a stay they cannot reasonably proceed with due to poor conditions is unprofessional and unethical. This experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Between the lack of cleanliness, concerns about safety, and refusal to issue a refund, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I booked a hotel and ended up with a motel. I could live with that since it was a short stay but the room reeked of weed and cigarettes and you couldn’t even go outside without smelling weed literally everywhere. We couldn’t sleep one night because of partying people outside being loud and rowdy and repeated requests to keep the noise down were ignored. There is a homeless encampment in the woods behind the hotel and the entire property feels very unsafe and sketchy. There was hair in the tub and sink which I cleaned myself with shampoo and a towel. I 100% don’t recommend this property.

Very clean and comfortable the tub was the cleanest ive ever seen in a motel. I didnt have time for the breakfast. But my sister said it wasnt good. The location isnt convenient to restaurants.
