The hotel is a dump. Looks nothing like the pictures.

Door locks did not work. Staff had to let us in. Pictures were significantly nicer than actual room. Looked like door had been kicked in and it was missing a safety lock. Holes I. The door looked like bullet holes.

It was so horrible from the outside with broken windows, questionable activity in the parking lot that my son and his family didn’t even stop. They decided they would rather sleep in the car in 90 degree weather than stay there.

Wasn’t there for more than 30 minutes before we found a BEDBUG in the bed. The room was completely run down and inadequate. This was the worst thing experience ever.

There were live roaches in the bathroom. There was feces on the bed. There were tiny black bugs all over the floor. Behind the hotel where there was parking, there were several sketchy looking people hanging out drinking and being rowdy. Not safe for two young girls traveling.

I did not experience having a dirty room. It was actually somewhat nice. That said, I basically stayed in my room all day for fear of being hurt and feeling unsafe by the homeless, drug seekers, and signs of violence throughout the area. I was staying for an interview in town and wearing a suit while walking to my car has never felt so scary. I wouldn't recommend staying there, but on the positive side the staff members were extremely nice and accomodating.

upon check in the man at the desk said “let me show you the room then you decide if you want to stay here” while headed to room with the man we encountered a woman doing drugs with a needle in her arm. the response from manager was “go back to your room” as we rounded the corner you could tell that was the whole vibe of this place as there were many more of the kind laying around high or exchanging goods if you get the drift. i was traveling with a 3 month old baby and my wife and this place is clearly unsafe. i have contacted oyo twice for a refund and given the run around both times. do not recommend not safe for families

Pool was closed look like if you've been open to me very dirty my room the outlets didn't work that was my very wasn't much light the light from outside of my hotel room was extremely bright but what you made it hard to sleep had about all the way around the building to get into a service desk because the dogs from the from the room too low service this area state law no laundry site on available no security really random people up off the street for walk up to your hotel room knocking and ask blood in besides that everything else was okay the bed was comfy I was able to get the room to cool down however when I first went to girl meet did smell like cigarettes even thought I was going to have a non-smoking room
