Have stayed here several times. LOVE IT..--MOST FRUSTRATING thing is finding parking for hotel guest with everyone being allowed to park is spaces---Would be nice to have one designated parking space for each room. Maybe BLUE COCO Beach road cones # room number

Great location! Right on the beach and they have a bar! However, the actual facility was dirty. Towels and linens had stains and had an odor. The outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach wasn’t working, so we tracked all the sand into the room floor and shower. There was no housekeeping, so room stayed sandy for 3 days. There were also a few baby roaches in the room and big ones outside in walkway and stairs.

Its on the beach and had a good mattress... bathroom is small. Towel rack falling off the wall, not any room to put your toiletries, no glasses , only one night stand with 2 small drawers to put your clothes.

The price was too high bugs were crawling, no smoke detector, everything in the room was damp due to the air conditioning.some of lights did not work.Parking need to be change and better for guests of the hotel.We wanted the view of the ocean then we get there and it was change to the ocean side. Meh…

When we arrived, the room wasn’t very clean and had quite a bit of sand. We even encountered a couple of roaches. The water pressure was very low, and maintenance explained that this was the case across the whole island—but the shower handle was also difficult to turn, and the temperature was either scorching hot or ice cold with no middle ground. Contacting the front desk was nearly impossible; if we needed anything, we had to walk over to the bar. The next day, housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room, wish it had been that clean on our first night. The beach access is fantastic, and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. Parking, however, was inconvenient, and the room didn’t even have a phone to call for assistance. Wi-Fi was also very poor.
