It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station.

There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great.

Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay

木頭地板，乾淨整潔，靠近唐津站，附近的車站停車場走路1分鐘，24小時500日圓，1小時100日圓，飯店內有洗衣機（洗衣粉），雖然不能烘，但浴室開乾燥功能，很快乾，廚房有微波爐、平底鍋、湯鍋等等。廚具乾淨。唯一小缺點是沐浴乳洗髮乳比較不那麼滑順，日本各家飯店使用的品牌讓頭髮柔順，這裡效果沒那麼好。

201の部屋の内窓が閉まらない状態で、隙間風と外の騒音が気になった。 備え付けの鍋が空焚きしたのか、少し水漏れしていた。 お風呂のカビが少し気になった。 脱衣場とトイレの部屋との室温差がなければ、さらに過ごしやすい。 それ以外は大変快適に過ごせて満足でした。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

　4人で宿泊可能な部屋を1人で使用。チェックインシステムは少々戸惑ったが、部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせた。他の部屋の宿泊がなかったのか、夜は静か。キッチン、食器、洗濯機、USBポートも備えられている。唐津駅からも近くJRや昭和バスの路線利用も便利。コストパフォーマンスの良い宿でした。

スタッフが駐在していないデメリットを強く感じました。人数分のタオルやアメニティが揃っておらず、またティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補充がありませんでした。 少人数(あるいはスタッフ駐在なし)で運営すること自体は仕方ありませんが、サポート体制が整っているのが大前提だと思います。 この地域としては高めの宿泊費を設定しているだけに残念です

아쉬운 체크인

체크인시 1층에 아이패드에 여권 인식하라는데 찍히지도 않고 체크인을 해야 비밀번호를 알수있는데 숙소주인과 통화했지만 비밀번호를 잘못 알려줘서 또다시 국제전화를 해야만 했다. 예약시 비밀번호를 알려줬으면 이런 번거로운 일이 없었을텐데 좀 아쉬웠다 숙소는 괜찮았음
