Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly but not very informative they hand u a sheet of paper telling u they are understaffed and ur room wont get cleaned but didnt communicate the pool.heater was broken. Also forgot a personal item and called back to see if it was found and even though i knew exactly where it was left nothing was found. I would never recommend this place. Our grandson got sick on bed and we requested the bed get changed and were told it would take a while but it never got changed. Horrible experience here.
