It was a great experience, all that you look for in a Hotel. What really stood out was the staff/team members; they were all exceptional people, and one that really needs to be acknowledged is a security member named “ Mr. Grey.” That man went beyond the call of duty to assist us, doing things a traditional security guard would not!! He really got me by being so kind to my elderly mother. So to the General manager, and upper management, “the team members from the day I came to the day I left, keep them and have them teach others what great customer service should look like!”
