This hotel is disgusting to say the least. The room was not clean and we initially didn’t realize until we went to take a shower and there were still dirty wash clothes hanging from The shower, not only that, no garbage bags, the tub was filthy, mold in the shower, dust hanging around the mirror and the vents..stains all over the floor. And the manager Diego Eloisa was very uncooperative and nonchalant, as if it was normal. Offered to give me points instead of a refund. Totally unacceptable!

While my stay at this hotel was fine, there were a few things that stood out that makes me not want to go back there. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it said that there was a restaurant with breakfast, so I added that to my booking thinking I could get a nice hot breakfast in the morning. However, this was actually a very basic continental breakfast, less than I have seen at other hotel chains. Second, the tub/shower was clogged and there was standing water in the tub when the shower ran. Of course, as with many hotels, the bed was less than stellar - if I wasn't so tired, I would have had trouble sleeping. On the positives, the staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, the pool and fitness center seemed to working as people were using them. It's a good location and had ample parking.
