Very slow check-in. The bed only had the sheets, NO comfort at all. I had to take a trip to Walmart and buy a $38 comfort. Else, it would have been a cold night. The pillows were horrible, no cushion at all. Lastly, there were no trash cans in the entire room. Very disappointing.

Very dirty. The sheets and bedding were stained and the floor was pretty nasty. Booked a room with a TV and they TV didn’t work at all just static. The receptionist was on the telephone in a screaming match behind a door by the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes in front of the counter before I could get checked in.

The toilet was spraying water and phone in room didn’t work to call the front desk. Called front desk from my phone and they got us moved quickly to a new room. Beds do not have blankets, only sheets and super thin top cover. Very clean rooms

Pool was green. I was not notified in advance. Hotel needs upgrades. There was a moldy smell when A/C was on. Many of the A/C covers were off on the walkway. It seems someone lived on the first floor under our room. It smelled like pot when walking by. I was charged $80 for two dogs. Very unexpected. I don't see staying there again with all the options in the area.

It is cheap but you get what you pay for

The maid knocked on my door on my last day at 7:50a to ensure I was checking-out, even though the do not disturb was clearly displayed. Either stupid or ignorant, not sure which. Two mornings I had people knocking on my door/window looking for some guy, both before 8am. Bathtub was disgusting, sink leaked underneath, not once did I get housekeeping over a one-week period, pool was closed the whole time, the hotel is difficult to get to off of the highway and the highway noise was quite loud.

Upon arrival I called to see if we could get an early check-in. I was told to check back after 2:00pm. I got there at 2:30pm and was charged $20 to check in 30 minutes early. I was not informed that when I called. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the room. No extra. The a/c never cooled the room. The shower had little water pressure and the tub faucet ran as the shower was going. The reclining chair in the room was broken.
