Have stayed there before and chose to come back. The only major issue was that in the apartment we had this time the internet connection was very poor. In some rooms it worked, barely, but in others there was no connection at all. Maybe a larger number of coffee-pods would have been nice (six people, four nights). We ran out of kitchen paper but we spoke to the very nice cleaning lady and got some more. In all other aspects we were very happy with the stay.

Location was perfect, easy to get to from Waverly. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A few cons, the bed in the onsuite room was awful, you could feel every spring in the mattress. It bowed so bad that you felt like you were going to fly out of it everytime you moved. There were also no plugs in the bathrooms which made it difficult to use the hair dryer.

Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors. The 1 thing which was slightly weird was the living room which has a door, door stoppers should be available as the doors do not hold open, but it wasn't really bothering us. Will highly recommend this place if u are visiting edinburgh!

Clean! Location was amazing! Fans were much appreciated! Loved the bath! I became quite sick after arriving and was able to recoup for several days while my family explored everything, which was close by. Blinds made the bedrooms so dark - while hearing the rain outside … loved that! Only negatives were: The master bed was quite small for two tall people. There was no microwave or condiments, which would have been so handy for the higher price point. Otherwise, amazing apartment! Highly recommend. Easiest check-in I’ve ever had - wish they were all like this!
