My room was on the non-smoking side, but the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I returned in the afternoon, my room key had been deactivated and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reactivated. However, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Went to a show in Orlando area, so stayed the night here - would have been better to just make the drive home. Per site, picked a non-smoking room. Room smelled badly of stale cigarettes, gross. The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy. Dirty scuzzy toilet. Floors dirty. The rooms were allegedly "updated" but with very shoddy work, uneven tiles, missing grout, etc. Shower liner far too large for shower size so you're basically stepping on it in the shower. I showered with my sandals on. The bed itself was actually comfortable, but there was no blanket, it was just a sheet on the bed. Would be good if they took more pride in actually deep cleaning these rooms and getting rid of smoke smells in you know, a non-smoking room.
