Had a great stay at Hakone Yutowa. The rooms were of decent size and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a short distance from Gora Station and the Hakone Open Air museum. There are a number of lounging areas in the hotel which I liked. Refreshments and snacks were free on the 2nd floor. We also utilised the private onsen which is just outside our room. Will be staying here again if we go back to Hakone.

Our stay at Hakone Yutowa was great. The room (Condominium A) was very spacious and had a good amount of natural light. The amenities we plenty, both in the rooms and within the hotel as well. There was lots of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere around the property too. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoons were well received, and breakfast had a fair variety of options. I would absolutely love to come and stay again.

I loved my stay at Hakone Yutowa and would like to visit again sometime. The library and the outdoor foot onsen were two of my favourite spots. Huge room which was a welcome change compared to other cities. Walkable to Gora station.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. The hotel is a nice mix of traditional and contemporary. Everything was depicted exactly as it was shown in the photos.
