The staff on the front desk are very helpful and welcoming asked questions about the city they were happy to help. The hotel is extremely clean, lovely well kept rooms. Had a issue with the pillow brought me a different one within 10 minutes. Hotel bar os excellent with a great sitting area out the back , food is fab also at the hotel bar.
