The customer service was fantastic. Very nice and friendly. I just wish the rooms matched. Our first room we were given always very small. The tv did not work and my husband was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes due to the door jamming. He had to run and shoulder the door multiple times in order for it to open (and my husband is a strong bulky guy). The second room they switched us to was bigger but it was dirty. The shower had hair on the floor and walls. The bed had yellow stains on the shirt, and the floors had visible dirt. We cut our stay short. The front desk were very understanding and kind and offered solutions but after 2 room switch it was enough for us. They did refund us back some of our money without being asked. I will not be returning and do not recommend.
