The room and property were very clean. The hotel is close to downtown Disney, but a bit of a walk through downtown Disney to get to the parks. The front desk staff were not very friendly, rushed through everything and gave us keys that didn’t work twice.

Wonderful staff and exceptional manager! Only issue was tub drained slow and needed to be cleared, along with the sink and there was some long hair strands stuck to the wall behind the bathroom waste basket. BUT these were extremely MINOR and the CARE AND KINDNESS OF TYE STAFF made me not only feel welcome but safe and slept WONDERFULLY! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the outstanding staff for your kindness and professionalism.

Our first room had a leaking ceiling/wall. We were moved no problem, however.. that night we had 0 water pressure and freezing cold water. The hotel is old. And it smells. I would not recommend.

Not a very pleasant stay as the building is old with spider webs in the hall ways with spiders. Rug not vacuumed in hall way or near elevator. Door to get in building was not working. Ordered door dash and food was stolen. Overall not a good place to stay.
