This hotel has great potential; however, its cleanliness is extremely poor. The staff is often too occupied chatting among themselves to help guests. On the positive side, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food and staff are fantastic. I urge management to check behind the doors, behind the beds, and clean the sinks. I have stayed here multiple times for business, but this will be my last visit due to the inadequate cleanliness and service.
