This is a shabby and slightly run down hotel, that is probably only getting the rate that they're requesting because of the location to downtown Atlanta. The hotel was an 11 min walk to State Farm Arena that advertised free parking, which is why I booked this hotel. Upon checking out, I was charged 18 for parking validation. There was a far better hotel in the same area, for the same price but the charged 55 to park per night. Outside of that, my room had one window that faced a brick wall, my room had no microwave or refrigerator, and the thermostat didn't seem to lower the temperature in the run. The hotel room gave the feel of a hourly motel. Definitely not worth 150 for 1 night. Breakfast was grits, eggs, sausage patties, and French toast stick, with the usual yogurt, apples, cereal, juice, and waffle maker. I would not stay again until it was the last option.
