We got off to a rocky start, the gentleman at checkin was quite condescending to my boyfriend, he was trying to get the check in process started and the gentleman at reception just said "I can't help you" and while he was trying to get help, another guest came up asking for help with her coffee machine and he gave her the same response, just kinda rude. The extra blankets I requested for my kids felt like velcro and the bathroom door didn't close. Other than that, everything else was fine. Breakfast was good, the woman at checkout was kind and helpful. I've always liked Double Tree, so I'll chalk this up to a one off. Just needs a little maintenance and some customer service training here and there. Otherwise a good value!
