This was our second stay with this hotel company. It was a great value compared to other properties in Key West. These are rooms in very old homes converted to hotel rooms-this isn't a brand new, sterile resort. The room was clean and quiet, parking was easy and free and the pool was wonderful. No complaints at all with our stay!

The location is in a great area. Far enough away where u can relax from the craziness but close enough to walk to everything. The staff was really helpful with anything you needed in rentals or exploring the keys.

The place is very old and a bit rundown. The stairs were the worse. I did like the second story front porch that overlooked the street. The other problem is picking up the keys at a different location more than 1/2 mile away.

Great place to stay, was able to walk everywhere. Only down fall…the check in office is at a different location. They should go to digital key pads for more convenience of those staying at one of their properties. Stopping one’s vacation late afternoon to go get a key, was a drag.

Checkin e checkout foram feitos de forma rápida e fácil, mesmo sendo em outro local, não tivemos nenhum problema. Não é tão perto dos restaurantes do centro, então como estávamos com crianças, tivemos que usar o carro o que gera custo de estacionamento. Mas em uma das vezes fomos a pé.

Don’t know about pets. Only met check in staff at offsite registration office. They were fine. There were a couple of issues with housekeeping. Used coffee pod still in coffee pot, what looked like dry pet food pebbles on the floor and daybed was not made up completely on arrival and not re-made when the room was serviced when the king size bed was remade.

They room was well cleaned each day. A/C unit worked well but did needed it’s filter replaced. We enjoyed our stay and was close to the nightlife!

The weather was in the 60’s and it was cold in the room with no heat. The location was convenient. For the price the linens need an improvement. Scratchy sheets and flat pillows.
