Stayed at Tabist for two weeks. Although the single bed room is a bit cramped, it was clean and it had all the necessity a solo traveller needs. The highlight for me was the location. Both Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji temple was within 15 min walking distance and Asakusa station was also nearby.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was just small walk from two metros stations which can get you to the central Tokyo within 20 minutes and one of them can get you to Haneda airport without change which were super convenient. You can even see Sky Tree from the entrance of the hotel and there are enough convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, laundrette within 5 minutes walks from the hotel. And Sky Tree is just 11 minutes walk. In spite of all this the location of the hotel is really quiet too. The hotel itself was basic, nothing to write home about if you are getting used to stay at somewhere spacious, however, it has everything you need and it's enough if you are out sight seeing most of the day. There is key code system to enter the hotel after 22:00pm as well as to your room which were indeed useful. The staffs are nice and friendly and they are always available and ready to help during the business hour. As conclusion, if you need somewhere basic to stay for few days, a week or more for the location and convenience, this place is for you. If you want to stay somewhere more spacious, especially for the family, you might want to pay more and look elsewhere if the space is more important than convenience. I would personally stay here again for sure.

This place is a good choice for solo traveler. It is near the transportation, train and subway, and provides everything a traveler needs in the small room. The room rate is reasonable and you are allowed to eat in room. It was so popular that I couldn’t book it again when I came back from other cities.
