Nice hotel. Easily walkable right into the heart of Shibuya or to the quiet of Yoyogi Park. Convenience store right downstairs and nice restaurants all around. Not right by the metro but quick walk to a couple of different lines. Could do with a little update on the interior and I found the beds a little too soft. Good size rooms for Japan and good wifi.

Hotel DOES NOT handle luggage forwarding. They will receive your luggage but will not forward it for you. There is a lawson's right next door, but it's a much different experience handling it through there. The hotel itself is old so you use physical keys that you have to hand to the staff every time you leave. I'm okay doing this with a ryokan, but it was quite annoying to have to do it here. WiFi is not stable and drops out often. Only a single water bottle given at checkin rather than 2 per room cleaning which I thought was an odd corner to cut. The room itself is spacious and the location is decent.

Excellent location where it’s in a quiet area and the busy shibuya area is just 15 minutes away by walking. A family mart is next door. The room is not small at all and is cleaned every day. Reception is 24 hours. There is Airconditioning and heater.

Cannot rate highly enough

I stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Great location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Shibuya crossing but far enough to not be kept awake at night by all of the noise. Staff did not speak much English but were very eager to help. When I arrived it had been raining so the lady began drying my suitcase with a towel. As I was leaving I bumped into one of the receptionists on the street who stopped me to say goodbye. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room cleaned every day. Absolute 10/10. Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu!

Ridiculously overpriced

Worst hotel I have ever been to - The room feels very old and the air feels a bit dank - The bathroom door is so swollen it takes some force to open and close it - Most of the electricity sockets are barely intact and in a pretty bad shape - The table lamp flickers every time the table feels even the slightest impact - There is no laundry machines - There’s slim to none noise isolation between rooms - The air conditioning is a basically just a fan, not an AC Bottom line, far from worth it for 160€ a night, cannot recommend
