こちらで宿泊した際に決済を済ませてたのにも関わらずもう一度決済をさせられました。 更に予約してた部屋とは別の部屋に通されてとても不快でした。 不満だったので決済を済ませたことをもう一度決済する前に言ったのにも関わらずExpediaは先に決済はしないんですよ。なども言われました。 ホテル自体が良いだけに残念です。 二度と利用はしません。

朝一の羽田移動には便利なホテルです

JR・モノレール・地下鉄の駅から近く、近くに飲食店も多いので利便性がすごく良いです。 おまかせプランだったので、当日はロフト付きの部屋でしたが、清潔感があってベッドの広かったので居心地良かったです。ロフト部分は使わなかったんですが、子供と一緒に泊まるときには喜んでくれそうです。 フロントの対応も丁寧で気持ち良い接客してくれました。また利用したいと思います。

今回東京タワーの見える部屋に泊まりましたが、入った瞬間わぁと言ってしまうほどキレイでした。 お部屋も清潔でロビー周りもオシャレ。 部屋の配置などもとても快適でした。 フロントスタッフの対応もあたたかみがあり大変良かったです。 1点だけ照明が残念。on/offのみのタイプだったので明るさを調整できるだと良いなと思いました。 あとバスルームが少しカビ臭かった。 しかし全体的には快適で、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

いい点：立地が最高に便利。広めのベッドで快適に睡眠。枕が選べたのもうれしいサービス。バスのシャーワーの圧力が最高に心地よかった。 気になった点：部屋着はフリ－サイズだったが大きいものがなかった。バスタオルはもう少し厚手の方が良い。薄くて少しごわごわしていた。
