Nice business hotel, would not use it for recreational stay. Great staff, fine room - pillows a bit large/hard, but good facilities and breakfast. Dinner also good - and ask staff for guidance, some very good local restaurants close by (lot of stairs down to the port)

Nice location close to Porto. Fantastic breakfast. Silent hotel with walking distance to arrabida shopping centre. You cant walk over the closest bridge Ponte de Arrábida when going to porto. Bolt is cheap, take bolt over the bridge and walk the rest. I really recommend the hotel for familys.

We traveled as a family, and found the novotel very family friendly. The playground inside (with ikea Kitchen, ikea tunnel, ikea darts, etc) and outside (slide, check) at the beautiful garden. The rooms are big enough for 2 adults and two small children. The only thing is, the kids pool was a bit dirty as everyone has to walk through it, to get to the adults pool.

If you are visiting Porto with a car this is the place to stay. Easy parking. Close to the old city. We drive into the old Porto at night and got lucky with parking but if I had to do it again I would uber it in and walk around. The sunset from this property is stunning. Stunning over the Atlantic.
