The staff was courteous which is always important. The room was OK. Not much noise reduction between rooms. One of the attaching rooms was very noise as though there was not insulation. She was absolutely wonderful and could tell from our interactions what pride she takes in her position. My only negative is the weather was still wonderful and I think they shut the pool down for the season too early.
