Nobody told us we had to pay a resort fee daily! We thought it was if you used the amenities! We would have requested and used some of the amenities if we’d known we were paying the 25.00 fee! That is not a good feature of resorts. Upfront straight forward business is always best. We loved the room and sea view. Your staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. Good on that for sure!

The location is great. Conveniently located to the boardwalk, restaurant, shopping and the Ocean Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Self parking was unavailable due to construction (April 2026). But valet parking was easy. Room was comfortable but lacked a microwave. Pool area was pleasant but the hot tub needs black mold remediation. The fire door on the fifth floor needs to be repaired. Beach access is unparalleled. Being so close to the boardwalk and the beach made it noisy during my time there.

The room was clean. The restaurants and bars were very nice. The only inconvenience was that there were just one elevator working throughout the weekend.
