Viajamos de moto para Ilhabela, e quando chegamos no hotel descobrimos que não tinha estacionamento disponível. O anúncio diz que não teria vaga de garagem mas tem estacionamento disponível (com isso julgamos apenas que a vaga não seria garagem coberta mas que existiria estacionamento para nossa moto) e descobrimos que não poderíamos deixar nossa moto estacionada dentro da propriedade, mas sim deixar na rua. Decidimos que se o hotel não disponibilizasse uma vaga iríamos voltar pra SP, pois um espelho roubado nos custaria mais do que as 3 diárias no Residence. A gerência conseguiu com que um proprietário nos alugasse por 3 dias a sua garagem e no final deu tudo certo, Sugerimos que o anúncio deixe esta questão mais clara para que futuramente não haja a mesma confusão com outros hóspedes. O apartamento é perfeito, tem tudo que se precisa e é como estar em casa! A área da piscina é perfeita. Com certeza retornaremos!

O apartamento é muito bom e confortável, ótima varanda e vistas ao mar. Localização é ótima! Muito bem estruturado, muito limpo, funcionários muito solícitos e educados. Recepção 24 horas e alguns apartamentos dispõem de vaga de estacionamento! Já estamos planejando nossa nova estadia no IBR! O único porém foi as condensadoras dos ar condicionado ficarem na frente da janela do quarto, impossibilitando dormir de janela aberta quando usando os dois dormitórios. Pois um usa e outro não, aí o barulho e o calor da condensadora incomodam bastante. (Quarto superior com vistas ao mar)

Apart-hotel excelente, fica ao lado do pier do Perequê, nossa única ressalva é em relação ao cheiro de "podre" vindo do ralo do banheiro, mas parece ser um problema de saneamento da região, já que em alguns momentos do dia é possível sentir também na rua.

Venho sempre nessa propriedade, sempre foi otima. Dessa vez deram o apto 103 e o banheiro e lavanderia isalavam cheiro forte de esgoto. Pedi para mudar de apto e deram o 102, igual o outro e o banheiro igualmente isalava cheiro de esgoto ( banheiro sem janela). Sao aptos com 2 banheiros. Enfim, espero que resolvam esse problema. No geral tudo excelente, funcionarioss otimos.

Hospedagem para pouco tempo, mais que isso, descon

O apartamento é muito fofo, porém disfuncional, você nao tem onde colocar as coisas nos quartos, se for passar mais de 4 dias ficara bem desconfortável, pois as roupas ficam em malas, nem criado tem para colocar celular pra carregar, os canos bem entupidos, tomamos banho com a agua voltando, chuveiro eletrico fraco, ou agua que é fraca, nesse frjo de julho, tomar banho foi uma tortura. No mais, ele é realmente muito bonito, uma vista incrível
