We enjoyed our 2-night stay here immensely. The place is not perfect but it has a great vibe and the host is going out of her way to make you feel special. The location was great, Boston easily accessible by rail, which is just minutes walk to the B&B. Host Claudia has been amazing from start, when my card did not process the payment, to finish. There are some great places to eat nearby and we loved the walks in the area. BTW breakfast was plenty as well.

A lovely Queen Suite. We loved the privacy & the self contained "penthouse". Was a bit of a tough climb up stairs with bags. A/C a little noisy. This was a lovely place, close to Rt9, but seemed so far away! Our suite on the top floor was very clean and comfy, though tall people might beware of the dormer roof in the bathroom. A great spread for the continental breakfast in the dining room. And there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Claudia is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive.

We stayed for two nights. I wish it was longer. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has a deep tub and walk in shower. The highlight for us was the attached private screened porch. We had coffee out there in the morning and ended the day with a glass of wine. Perfect stay. The owner was very accommodating. A lovely experience in difficult circumstances

I'm not much for B&Bs in general, but for a last-minute trip to a funeral, this was a great find. My host, Claudia, was warm and friendly, and the room, bathroom, and screened-in porch were clean and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back under better circumstances.
