Wonderful stay in Zadar

Beautiful room with comfy bed. Decor was very comforting and elegant. Check in was amazing. We arrived a little late by bus and were seen right in to our room. Wonderful location right in the heart of zadar and 30 second walk to the boardwalk for beautiful sunsets.

Superb location

I arrived early and was able to check it right away which was really appreciated. There are quite a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk, the waterfront is also a 1 minute walk, the old part of the city is another short walk. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is truly exceptional, the room was incredibly well decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was able to accommodate me checking in an hour early which was very appreciated and I had a slight issue with the keypad on my room on a Sunday evening but the team were wonderful - very responsive despite the time of day and had me inside within 5 minutes. Massive thank you to Lidija who was my point of contact

Once you get there it can be a confusing. Also scheduling your check-in arrival is not ideal meaning you have to let the person know when you will be there so they can have someone to help you find the place (and that someone is not very welcoming, meaning if you are struggling with your carry-on, do not expect help). The area is super noisy but I was expecting that. Other than that good place.

The location on the waterfront near the old town was great. Access was through a series of doors protected by keypads and up 4 flights via a lift. The room was not large, but it did have a fridge. Although a nescafe machine was provided, it unfortunately did not function. The shower was good and the bed comfortable.

Great accommodations while being charming xo

Really enjoyed my stay at Riva Palace and would return. A beautiful modern room tucked into a historical building right on the waterfront. Staff were super helpful especially considering I arrived earlier than expected while nobody was on site but someone was there within minutes to check me in. I was also leaving later than check out time but they were accommodating and held my bags while I explored some more. Super friendly interactions and spotless accommodations. Location really worked for me, made it easy to enjoy all the sites nearby, very close to sea organ and greeting the sun location (sunset was memorable!). Great restaurants in the area. One of my fave little parts in the space is the charming window! Not only was the view lovely but the sounds of music and singing outside in the evening was appreciated from the room! Highly recommend Riva Palace.

Nice central place with a view of old town. We found street parking right outside the hotel. Quiet at night. Great sleep and very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Nice having coffee/maker in the room and a mini fridge.
