Check in staff were amazing but truthfully when we checked out not so much. The manager stood there while we waited and the other woman was on the phone with a customer and then had to go in the back to get someone to help us rather than handle us herself. Seems like checking in is great but then they don’t care at the front desk when you check out because they don’t care at that point, Bar staff and restaurant staff were wonderful
