My room was filthy dirty, floor was not vacuumed. The mattress was turned upside down so the bottom was on the top. The bathroom was dirty with hair and residue from prior guests. At check in I waited for about 15 minutes for the attendant to come to the front desk. After going to my room and discovering the filth, I immediately returned to the front desk and demanded a cancellation. The attendant said I would see a refund for all costs.
