Needed to change rooms because of smell in the bathroom and an unstable bed. Basement area itself is not very pretty. Rain poured in from the roof light above into central area. Numa moved us from this basement room to the first floor which was much better. Quite noisy as room faces the street. Earplugs are supplied. Centrally located. All communication is online so refer to the WhatsApp number on the info sheet if you need to contact Numa.

Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!

Spacious, clean, great location. Arrived close to midnight during the power outage, having doubts that we could get in the building. Instead, someone (in all that excitement did not get his name) was waiting for us in the hallway. They let us in and helped us get our luggage to our 4th floor room. This property has a lot of potential but really needs someone to check the apartments regularly for condition / maintenance. Numa is well located, close to all of the major sites, easily walkable to Alhambra (15 minutes to the Puerta de Granada, up through the park and you arrive at the front entrance) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The first room we stayed in (1 bed with terrace) was spacious and had a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Unfortunately all of the building’s HVAC units are installed just outside the bedroom window and it sounds like someone is mowing the lawn - non-stop, all night. We contacted Numa to request a room change and the first person we spoke with said there are no other rooms of the same category available and suggested earplugs. It was late so we decided to try sleeping on the pull-out couch on the living room - this was terrible for our backs and not a sustainable solution for 5 nights. At 5am I reached out again and this customer service agent was far more helpful and offered a different room without terrace one floor down. We accepted the change and our room rate was adjusted accordingly. Phew! The second room was slightly smaller but much quieter. The only issue we had was a sewer odor that percolated through the apartment. During the day we would leave the windows open to air things out but as soon as they were shut the strong smell returned. We were unable to pinpoint the issue (tried running and not running the heat)

Very spacious and clean apartment. Excellent location close to both the moroccan quarter and the town. Bus stop outside. TV didn't work very well, which was a shame in the evening when we wanted to relax. Excellent communication from numa. Also can recommend the Ramen Dojo a couple of doors along, delicious food, great value and fun decor.
