Nice Hotel on an economy budget

This has become our go-to hotel whenever we go to Fargo ND. It's an economy hotel so there aren't really any frills (though it does include breakfast) but it's always clean and in good repair, smells nice when you walk into the building, the staff are friendly and helpful and it's a decent price.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets are old and worn and the walls need a good painting. The windows were dirty and a lot were broken. They could have also made the outside patio a great place for hotel customers to sit-setup some tables and chairs. The price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the price we paid. Would not stay there again. If they were to do a lot upgrades it could be a really nice place to stay.

Although this property is far from new, it still gave an impression of being well kept. The front desk person was attentive and friendly. The hallways were clean, the room was clean but there was a stain of unknown origin on one bedspread. Kinda weirded me out but I was too tired to really care. Mattresses were in fair to good condition as far as support.
