Mitalia, who checked us in early morning on Monday, April 6 was very professional and handled an extremely long line of hotel guests all by herself. Our flight had been diverted twice before landing at about 2am and everyone had to unexpectedly stay overnight in KC. The airline gave vouchers to stay at Hilton KCI and so at least 40 passengers all showed up at the same time. Mitalia was calm and friendly and kept all of us smiling and happy. Later on, she even provided me with a bandaid from her purse as I had cut myself on my daughter’s suitcase. Above and beyond! Lastly, later that afternoon in the restaurant, the waitress was very kind and accommodating to myself and our daughter. I forget her name, but she was a mature woman with sandy blonde hair. Very calming and kind! Thank you for having some of the friendliest staff I have ever experienced on all of my travels! KC Nice!

It was a good stay for Thanksgiving. The hotel is nice and in a food location for our needs. There is a 24 hour self service snack area and restaurant on site. Breakfast was expensive and is what most hotels offer for free (waffles, eggs, cereal). Pillows are very soft. Bed is comfy.
