The room was clean, but dated and a little rundown. Could use a good coat of paint. Fridge and microwave in the room, but no source of caffeine on the property, no coffee makers or station and no vending machines. I booked online and there was no mention of the cash deposit required at check-in. Location was good, close to a lot of restaurants and easy walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm entrance.

The pool was open which was a plus kids enjoyed made new friends hot tub was not working air conditioner worked perfectly fine after smell left from not being used.. also neef to make sure you have towels for pool

The room was good, they accommodated me like I asked on the 1st floor due to a knee injury. Only issue was the heater auto function was not working properly so I had to leave it on high for the heat to come out. Other than that it was good, thats why we always stay here. Staff is friendly and is near everything.

Clean room had a feet type of smell went to go by my own cleaning products. Pool was clean and cold what we needed on a hot day. Hot tub not plugged up so no relaxing for adults.. no face towels was in my room hand and body towels.. and a few lil creepy crawlers..

The location is great for walking to the park but the room wasn’t that great there was a smell in the room when we first entered the smell would come every time you went in or out of the door you had people in the upstairs room over ours with a dog running around the room all hours of the night and then again in the morning.. They also have roach’s we saw a couple baby ones

Location is phenomenal if going to Knott's berry farms. Literally cross the street and your're in the parking lot. The actual quality of the hotel is 3 stars; the shower did work, but not well, relatively clean beds but very dirty carpet, and no USB ports in the electrical outlets so bring a wall charger if staying here. Staff was friendly enough and I got back my cash deposit upon checkout. I would stay here again.
