The pool was open which was a plus kids enjoyed made new friends hot tub was not working air conditioner worked perfectly fine after smell left from not being used.. also neef to make sure you have towels for pool

Checked in on a Tuesday and nobody came to clean my room until Saturday after I complained. The towels was stained and stink. Inside the room had small roaches and aloha of crazy drug addicted people walking around

The room was good, they accommodated me like I asked on the 1st floor due to a knee injury. Only issue was the heater auto function was not working properly so I had to leave it on high for the heat to come out. Other than that it was good, thats why we always stay here. Staff is friendly and is near everything.

It was on the ugly part of the property. I went to the office and the attendant was very nice and accommodating but
