Mac at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was so nice and the rooms are clean, big enough for our family of 7. This Mimaru is much nicer than the one at Kinshicho in Tokyo. This one looks and feels 4-5 stars and we loved staying here. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

The staff deserve 6 stars for it of 5 - so friendly, incredibly helpful and we appreciated the fact that we could receive such great service in English, as we unfortunately do not speak Japanese ourselves. We're a family of five and the loft of 6 single beds was very comfortable for us. We love Mimaru! We had also stayed in Mimaru Tokyo. Both places are spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I was so touched by how kind they were. I had to send my 78 year old mother back by Uber to the hotel by herself from another city. She couldn't call because her phone wasn't working. The staff called AND emailed me to let me know she had arrived safely. The location is 3-5 minutes walk to transportation, grocery, dining. Super convenient! I will definitely stay here again.
