Check in and out were a breeze. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother, so we needed a room on the first floor, we were accommodated without any arguments. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The hotel is located in a very safe area and security is always present. The staff is efficient and friendly, especially Jonathan, a server in the restaurant. You will feel like royalty when he waits on you! Overall, our 4 days stay was comfortable and uneventful...very peaceful.

A clean inside pool and jacuzzi are excellent for relax when the temperature is cold, but still you want to enjoy some swimming as myself. The suite was roomy and met my needs well. I asked for cookware, and the hotel provided so I could cook in my kitchen. Hot breakfast was good. I used the heated, indoor pool twice and enjoyed it greatly. The hotel was about a mile from the city center. Public transportation was available nearby. The trip to/from airport or cross-country bus required a taxi ride.
