Central Hotel

A quick overnight stay in Stockholm to a Football match. The 19 minute express train from the Airport cost £27 (one way) Flixbus £6, 33 minutes. The Hotel is a short walk from the Main Railway Station, in an area with shops, Bars & places to eat.

We had a nice stay here. Very conveniently located to the central station and walkable distance to everything. Room was clean and a nice size but if you are a family of four be forewarned they use a futon couch and a metal-framed portable bed to make up the additional two beds which were just okay.

We found the breakfast to be outstanding! There was a large variety of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste, served in a lovely, spacious dining room that later became an adjacent restaurant/bar. We have been to many hotel breakfasts, but none as delicious and varied. This hotel is a convenient, 1 block walk to the Arlanda Express train, an 18-minute ride to the airport from the heart of the city.

it's is located in pretty nice spot. very close to express station to the airport and the central station. It is very kind of all staffs, and the building looks like very classic. The space is roomy, but some stuffs are not good. Overall it's pretty nice, especially to international guests.

Rummet var rent och bäddat, men sängarna var skjutna åt ena sidan och inte återställda mitt på sänggaveln, en takplatta i badrummet var på sned, toapappret och duschgel en tog slut efter en natt/en halv dusch, duschblandare var trasig så man fick vrida två varv för att få på vattnet samt sätta på max kallt för att det inte skulle vara brännhett. Ventilationen gav frisk luft och lagom varmt, men väste väldigt högt och störande både i sovrum och i badrum. Frukosten var trevlig och med bra service. Vi åt middag på anslutande restaurang av praktiska skäl första kvällen. Fruktansvärd hög musik av någon DJ. Vi hörde inte varandra även om vi skrek över bordet. Vi fick äta fort och gå därifrån för att prata. Otrevlig hovmästare utan Servicesinne alls som tyckte vi kunde hitta vårt bokade bord själv. Vår servitör Fredrik gjorde sedan ett bra jobb.
