The shuttle service from the airport was terrible. We were told by the driver that he would be back in 10 min. An hour and 20 minutes later, we were still waiting. There was no reason for this delay. The hotel staff was not friendly (except for chatting with the shuttle driver). The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had about 9 luggage bags we needed to store before check-in but the storage room was full and so the lady front door representative (I think her name was Yasmine..) allow us to check in earlier and because we had so many bags she booked us the whole shuttle for just us. Now this is seeing beyond policies and procedures and understanding the big picture...! Room was very clean and cleaning staff were most accommodating!
