I want to especially thank the front desk staff Ms Adeola for her helpful, courteous, kind and friendly service throughout my stay. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping the place clean throughout and to the IT staff for their prompt attention to any issues that arose as well.

Overall a very good stay. Reception staff, breakfast and the staff were very good; bar staff were nice as well. Wi-fi signal was great, except at the pool. It would have been nice if the hot water heater heated the water, (no, I didn't complain, was out of the room for long periods). Also, it would have been nice to have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the door, especially as I didn't need the room to be cleaned daily. Overall, I would stay here again.

The check in process on the first day was a nightmare - apparently they didn’t have my reservation in their system! The rooms should be provided with basic utensils like drinking glasses, plates, cutlery and pressing iron. It’s a lot of inconvenience to call whenever guest requires them. One of the best hotels in Lagos. Beautiful decor inside the hotel and at the Terrace Pool Bar area. Food was excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Only problem was on Sunday called down to the reception three time for water. I had to go down myself to finally get it. 2 1/2 hrs later. Very disappointing after a really nice stay.
