Highfield is an absolutely outstanding B&B. Fraser and Maria are excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern and very clean with lots of little extras provided. Breakfast has so much choice. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!!

Had the best night sleep I've ever had in a B&B here. The room was immaculate, modern, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need in terms of toiletries and drinks. The breakfast included was very generous and exceptionally well cooked with quality ingredients. The location is a short walk from the main high street where there are plenty of options to eat too. Easy to find, great location, rooms fabulous , bed comfy, bathrooms perfect, great storage . All the usual accessories you'd expect from a quality B&B, ( I'd argue it's better than a B&B) and finally , the owners not only Cooked a fabulous breakfast, but were fantastic hosts as well. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay! The room was ever spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the space feel even more welcoming. What stood out to me the most were the thoughtful little details around the place. For example, the shower head is thoughtfully positioned facing the wall, so when you turn on the water, you don’t get splashes unexpectedly. Such a small but considerate touch that really show how much the host cares about the guest experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

We tried this hotel for the first time as a stop over for the ferry to IOW and we will definitely be staying there again. We had a very pleasant & informative introduction to the owners. The room was superb and one of the most comfortable bed I have slept in. After a really good nights sleep got up to a great breakfast.
